1.      HOW TO MAKE BURASA



We know that in Id fitry so many people wants to make Burasa and right know as we know it is Ramadhan buras is the traditional food from buginese Makassar, and from the others area it’s difficult to make it and here I’ll tell you how to make burasa so you can practice it every time you want. The ingredients first, we have to prepare one liter rice or how much do you want, 3 sheets bay leaves ( make it clean ), ¾ L coconut milk, salt appropriately ( depend on your taste ), banana leaves for envelop it, and the last ingredient is string for tie the buras ( cut small ).
I have tell you more about the ingredients, and right know how to presentate it. The first, wash the rise until it is completely clean. second, steam the rice that has been washed until a half ripe. the third, pour the coconut milk then add the salt and bay leaf, stir it with the rice who has been steamed until the coconut milk percolate. Next, steam again the rice which has been stirred with the coconut milk until ripe and soft during 15-20 minutes, take it. After that, take the buras rice who has been steamed sufficiently then wrap with banana leaves and tie with the rope 3-4 bonds ( do it until finish ). The last, steam again the buras rice who has been wrapped during 40 minutes, take it and the buras rice ready to eat. 







                                     HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS CHICKEN SOUP





            Chicken soup is a food which exists in every area in our country, but has a different taste. Basically how to make chicken soup same with the others area, but usually has a different materials. Ok i’ll give you the recipes and ingredients chicken soup. The ingredients are a chicken, 200 gr bean sprouts ( boiled briefly ), 200 gr cabbage, 50 gr vermicelli ( soak in the hot water ), 2 of tomatos, 4 of potatos ( you can boiled it or fried ), 3 boiled eggs, 2 liters water, fried onion sufficiently.
            And then we move to the spices of the chicken soup, prepare 2 sheets bay leaves, 15 gr gingers, 3 of onions, 2 garlics, 4 candlenuts, 2 spoonsful salt, ½ spoon of tea pepper. Before we move how to make it chicken soup has a smooth spices sist likes, 5 gr turmerics, 15 gr gingers, 3 cloves of onions , 2 garlics, 4 candlenuts, 2 tablespoons of salt, ½ spoon of tea pepper.
 After that we move to how to make it. The first is fried the spices which has been mashed until fragrant. Second, boiled chicken in the pan which already fried. And then add galangal, bay leaf, lime leaves and lemongrass laeves into the chicken stew. Next, cook until 30 minutes till chicken meat becomes soft. And then, add salt and pepper consist on our taste into the chicken stew. Then, after the chicken meat quite soft, seperate the chicken meat from the bone then return it into the sauce in the pan. After that, add the slice of leek and wait until the boiling sauce. While waiting for the sauce boil, prepare Cabbage, soun, bean sprouts, sliced potatoes, tomatoes and chicken meat that has been split into the bowl. And then flush it into the bowl with the soup which has been coocked. And the last, to look chicken soup beautifulyou can decorate it and the delicious chicken soup ready to eat. :)




                                       
    HOW TO MAKE SANGGARA PEPPE

            Sanggara peppe is one of the traditioanl cake from Buginese, well for those of you who are confused because you have banana but it’s still raw don’t be afraid guys because why? In here i’ll give you recipe how to make it being cake.
            First, i’ll give you the ingredients are 6 raw bananas, 3 fresh tomatoes, 7 chili, sufficiently shrimp paste, brown sugar and salt and the last sufficiently oil for frying. And the we move how to make it. First step, prepare raw banana and robbing your hand with oil so that the sap doesn’t stick. Second step is, peeled the banana peel. And then warm the oil and frying the banana till half-baked. Next, mashed the banana until deflated use which anything clean. After that frying back the banana until coocked and then make chili paste with 2 tomatoes and frying until it wilted, after that mashed tomatoes and chilis add shrimp paste and some sugar depend on your taste and frying it and the last sanggara peppe ready to eat.
