HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS CHICKEN SOUP
Chicken soup is a gravy food that made by various of
vegetables and chicken. This food is very suitable if we eat it when rainy
weather. Why? Because, the hot soup is going to warm up our body. Chicken soup
has delicious and fragnant taste, moreover if we sow fried onion. To make a
delicious chicken soup, we need to separate between the spices and the soup but
in the end, we are going to mix all of that. Therefore, let us see the recipe
of this food below!
In the beginning, prepare the ingredients because we
cannot start to cook if we do not have ingredients. The ingredients that must be prepared for the
soup are 1 kg Chicken, 200 gr sliced Cabbage, 200 gr boiled Bean sprouts, 4
sliced Potatoes, 2 sliced tomatoes, fried onion, lime juize, 40 gr thin rice
noodles (white noodles) that have been soaked by hot water and 3 boiled eggs
that has been cut. Then, The ingredients that must be prepared for the spices
are 2 stalked of Lemon grasses, 25 gr Ginger, Onion, Pepper, and 5-7 sheets
Orange leaves. After the ingredients have been prepared, start to cook it.
First, Boil the water on the pan. If the water has
boiled, put the chicken and wait until the chicken is ripe. Second, while
waiting the ripe chicken, make the spices with blend the Ginger, Pepper, and
Onion by using blender. Saute the spices that have been blended. Spill orange
leaves and Lemongrass. Stir the spices and Sauté for 5 minutes. After that, spill
the spices into the chicken soup. Then, put salt as much as taste.
Subsequently, Wait for the ripe chicken and the spices soaks for 30 minutes.
Next, if the chicken is ripe, take the chicken and then slice it by using knife
and fork. And finally, put the chicken into the pan that have been sliced.
The soup has done. But, before we eat it, we have to take a bowl and put cabbage, boiled Bean sprouts, potatoes, thin rice noodles, boiled eggs and tomatoes. After that, that ingredients is watered by the soup of chicken soup that has been cooked just now. The last, for optionally, sow fried onion and lime juice, soy sauce, chili sauce and Burasa’.

HOW TO MAKE BURASA'
Burasa’ is South Sulawesi Traditional Food that has
a delicious sensation. Burasa’ is packed by banana leaves. It is really easy to

First, as usual, prepared the ingredients and
equipments. The ingredients that have to prepare are 1 liter quality rice, 3
sheets bay leaves, ¾ liter coconut milk squeeze, and salt. And the equipments
that have to prepared are banana leaves and strings sufficiently.
After the ingredients and equipments have prepared,
wash the rice by water until the rice is clean and leak it. And then, steam the
rice that have been washed just now until half-baked. After the rice is half-baked,
take and put into the washbasin. Afterwards, pour the coconut milk squeeze, add
salt as your flavor and bay leaves. Next, stir all of that until equal. Then,
steam the rice that have been mixed with coconut milk squeeze for 15-20 minutes
and take that rice if it is ripe. After that, take burasa’ rice sufficiently,
then wrap it by using banana leaves, and bind for 3-4 bonds by using string.
Next step, steam the rice that have been wrapped again, and wait for 40
minutes. Finally, take and ready to eat.

HOW TO MAKE BARONGKO
Barongko is a South-Sulawesi traditional cake. This
cake is really sweet, yummy, delicious, and soft. Barongko is made by banana
and the others ingredients. This cake is always presented in a party, like
wedding party, circumcision and so on. You can make this cake by yourself
because it is really easy to make it, and the ingredients is not expensive.

First, prepare the ingredients. the ingredients are
1 bunch of bananas, 300 gr sugar, 5 eggs, 250 ml coconut milk squeeze, 1 can
milk, salt and banana leaves. Second, strip the bunch of bananas and throw away
the broken bananas. Then, blend the bananas that have been stripped with
coconut milk squeeze by using blender until soft. Third, turn off the blender
and spill batter into the container. Afterwards, spill the eggs and stir until
the batter is smooth. Fourth, spill salt, sugar, milk and stir until smooth
also.

First, take and cut banana leaves. Second, put 1 spoon banana on the leaf of
