How to make Burasa'
This
tutorial will guide you to make burasa’. This manner it is very easy, so you
can practice anytime you want it. Before start to make burasa’ first we have to
prepare the material of burasa’.The material are a liter which qualified rice,
3 sheets bay leaves, ¾ liter coconut milk, salt appropriate with our taste,
banana leaves for envelop, and string for tie the burasa’. After we knows the
material, let’s make it. The fisrt step is wash the rice with water until
literally clean then leak through. Futhermore steam the rice until a
half mature, take and input to the washbasin. Next, pour the coconut milk then
add salt and input bay leaves, stir until evenly distribut with rice which are
already till the coconut milk penetrate. After that steam again the rice which
already stirred with coconut milk till ripe and during 15-20 minute then take.
After that take rice that already steam afterwards pack with banana
leaf and tie with rope 3-4 loop (do the process till done). Next, steam again burasa' that already packing till 40 minute, take and ready to served.
How to make Soto Ayam
In
fasting moon a lot of people want to make Soto Ayam, and this will make you easy to do it. Same with burasa', before we mix the material we have to know what is the material of
Soto Ayam. The material are 1 chicken, 200 gram sprout (boiled briefly), 200
gram cabbage, 50 gram soun (soak in hot water), 2 tomato, 4 potato (can be
boiled or fried), 3 boiled egss, 2 liters of water, fried onion. After the
material ready we have to prepare the spices, such as 2 sheets bay leaves, 2
lemongrass, 1 leek, 25 gram gingger, 2 spoons of cooking oil. After that, there
are some smooth ingridients, the first is 5 gram turmeric, 15 gram ginger, 3
oinion, 2 garlic, 4 candlenut, 2 spoons salt, ½
tea spoons pepper. Next we move to how to make Soto Ayam, the first is
fried the spices that which already mashed till out the fragrant aroma. Then
boiled chicken in a pen with spices which already fried. Afterwards add the
ginger, bay leaves, orange leaves, and
lemongrass in the stew chicken. After that cook about 30 minutes until the
chicken become tender. And then add salt and pepper in the stew chicken. After
chicken meat is quiet tender, separated the chicken meat from the bone, then
return it in a sauce in the pan. After that add the slices of onion and wait
till the boiling sauce . While waiting for the boiling sauce, next prepare the cabbage,
soun, sprout, slices of potato, slice of eggs, tomato and chicken meat ahich
already stored in a bowl. And then, flush the ingridients in the bowl with the
soto sauce already in the cook. To decorate chicken soup to lookn attractive
and beautiful, we can sow with fried onion with slice of orange on it. And Soto
Ayam ready to served.
How to make Onde-onde
The
purpose of this paper is to facilitate the reader to make a tradtional cake
onde onde. Maybe all the people of South Sulawesi know this traditional cake
but not everyone knows how to make it. Please try it. First we have to prepare
the ingridients such as 150 gram glutinous rice, water 125 ml, 100 gram brown
sugar (delicate flavour) small round shape,
coconut scraped, ½ spoon of salt. After the ingridients ready we move to
how to make onde onde, the first step is mix the coconut grating and ¼ tea
spoon salt then steam till mature. And the second step is mix the glutinous
rice, water, stir the salt till dough can be formed. Then the third step is take
a little dough and then redeem give a sphere of brown sugar, round again. The
last step is Boil water and then put the dough round into the water until the
dough floats, then take and leak. And then roll over the dough in the coconut
scraped then onde onde ready to served.
