 How to Make Burasa'



Materials:
    - 1 liter of rice
    - 1 liter of coconut milk (4 glasses)
    - Salt
    - Leaf Salam (bay) / Leaf Pandan
    - Banana leaf
    - Rope
    - Scissor

How to make:
    firstly clean and wash the rice, and then boil the coconut milk with bay leaves/pandan leaves until boiling. Secondly, steam the rice that has been cleaned with coconut milk that mixed with bay leaves/pandan leaves until they are cook in a half (until the coconut milk is nothing), and place them into a pan or container to be wrapped in banana leaves that have been scissor to an ideal size. After it, arrange two or two can also up to three faced with a length of ± 1½ fingers, width of 1 thumb. Thirdly, tie at both ends and steam again ± 1 hour (keep the bonds unattached when cooked). When the leaves are flat and oily (shiny), it is mean that burasa is cooked (the longer cook the better). The last is serve it with chili sauce or serve it with coto makassar and bakso.
